Stephanie spent the night last night and we made snickerdoodles and cake from scratch. The cake is really dense. Right now, I'm eating clam chowder that my Dad made and thinking "mmmm, clam chowder". I'm considering going on a diet to prepare for the holidays. My life revolves around food.
Oh joy, oh wonder, oh merriment! My mom woke me up this morning around 8:30 and stretched her hand out toward me. Guess what was in it?! A baby kingsnake! A black one with white splotches that should probably be stripes. Then again, he's kind of black with white stripes... in a way. White with black splotches. Whatever. I want to name him something fun... I made a list of names. Of course, I'm going to show them to you.
